Project inquiries
Your information and your project.
When online inquiry delivery is active, submitting the project form sends the fields you provide to the Legacy SIPS inquiry team. Information is stored securely with Cloudflare so that a notification problem does not erase your request.
What we use it for
Your name, contact details, project location and project notes are used to review your inquiry and respond to you. Provide a general city or area rather than a precise address if that is enough for an initial conversation. Do not include payment details, identification documents, passwords or other sensitive information.
Website security
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical request information to protect it. The live form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions. Resend processes the inquiry email notification for delivery to the inquiry team. The website does not add advertising trackers or subscribe you to a mailing list.
Keeping a local copy
If online delivery is disabled, the form says so and only prepares a brief on your device. Preparing or downloading a local brief does not submit an inquiry.
Corrections or removal
Reply to the team when they respond, or submit a new inquiry clearly marked as a privacy request. Include enough context to identify the earlier inquiry without sending sensitive identity documents.
